The Endurance™ Bed 2.1 is a versatile, heavy-duty bed designed for continuous, intensive use environments, featuring a large sleep surface. It includes optional molded-in side slots for property box storage, enhancing structural span strength, and molded-in end shelving for open storage of personal items. The bed showcases a durable, one-piece, rotationally molded design crafted from high-impact "no break" polyethylene, compatible with a 36" x 80" mattress, with a recommendation for a 6" thick mattress. Its design includes an angled lowered side rail for easier accessibility, end shelf storage providing 2.3 cu. ft. spread across 2 shelves, and side storage offering 4.0 cu. ft. in 2 compartments. The bed can be securely bolted to the floor via concealed pilot holes using hardware of your choice, with optional field-installed restraint rings available. It is sound dampening, easy to clean, sanitize, and maintain, while mattresses and Barracuda boxes are sold separately. The bed is flame retardant, passing the CAL 133 tests, and has been tested to ISO 22196, demonstrating a greater than 99% reduction in bacteria. Manufactured to ISO quality standards in the USA, the Endurance™ Bed 2.1 is GREENGUARD Gold certified and ligature resistant, and it comes with a 10-year factory warranty.
