The Endurance™ Bed 2.1 is a versatile, heavy duty sleeping solution designed for continuous and intensive use environments, featuring an optional molded-in side slots for property box storage and increased structural span strength, along with molded-in end shelving for open storage of personal items. The bed showcases a durable, one-piece, rotationally molded design crafted from high impact "no break" polyethylene, specifically suited for a 36" x 80" mattress, with a recommended thickness of 6 inches. Accessibility is enhanced by the angled lowered side rail, while ample storage is provided with an end shelf capacity of 2.3 cu. ft. across two shelves and side storage compartments totaling 4.0 cu. ft. The bed can be securely bolted to the floor using concealed pilot holes with hardware of choice and is compatible with field-installed restraint rings. It features sound dampening properties and is easy to clean, sanitize, and maintain. Mattresses and Barracuda boxes are sold separately. The product is flame retardant, passing CAL 133 test requirements, and has been tested to ISO 22196, demonstrating a greater than 99% reduction in bacteria. It is manufactured to ISO quality standards in the USA, holds Greenguard Gold certification, and is ligature resistant, backed by a 10-year factory warranty.
