The Sentinel Armless Chair is a one-piece, rotationally molded chair that can stand independently or be bolted together in group seating arrangements. It is ergonomically designed and infused with Corx antimicrobial compound, making it a safe choice for frequent, continuous use in intensive environments. The chair is constructed from high impact "no break" polyethylene, with no steel or wood components, and features concealed pilot holes for bolting together and/or to the floor. It can be filled with sandbags through a ballast door secured with tamper-resistant screws, and should not be filled with loose sand. The chair supports a static load of 1500 lb., is easy to clean, sanitize, and maintain. It passes flammability tests (UL 94 HB), is GREENGUARD Gold certified, and has been tested to ISO 22196, demonstrating a greater than 99% reduction in bacteria. Additionally, it is flame retardant, passing CAL 133, and is manufactured to ISO quality standards in the USA.
