This chair can stand alone or be bolted together for enhanced security and stability, with an integral plinth base that supports floor mounting integrity. Constructed from high-impact "no break" polyethylene with a durable one-piece, rotationally molded design, it contains no steel or wood components, ensuring a long-lasting product suitable for both indoor and outdoor environments. The chair includes an access door for adding weight—sandbags are recommended for flexible arrangements but loose sand should not be used. With a static load capacity of 1500 lb., it meets ANSI/BIFMA X5.1-2011 standards and features sound dampening for quiet use. It is easy to clean, sanitize, and maintain, and is flame retardant (passes CAL 133) as well as GREENGUARD Gold certified. Additionally, the chair has been tested to ISO 22196, demonstrating a greater than 99% reduction in bacteria.
