The Sentinel arm chair is a one-piece, rotationally molded chair designed for both standalone use and bolting together in group seating arrangements. It is ergonomically designed and infused with a Corx antimicrobial compound, making it suitable for frequent and continuous use in intensive environments. The chair is constructed from high impact "no break" polyethylene, with no steel or wood components. It can be securely fastened side by side or individually to the floor through concealed pilot holes. The Sentinel chair can be filled with sandbags through a ballast door, which is secured with tamper-resistant screws; however, loose sand should not be used. It has a static load capacity of 1500 lb., compliant with ANSI/BIFMA X5.1-2011 standards. The chair is easy to clean, sanitize, and maintain, and passes flammability testing per UL 94 HB. It has been tested to ISO 22196, showing a greater than 99% reduction in bacteria, and is flame retardant, passing CAL 133. Additionally, it is manufactured in the USA to ISO quality standards.
