ReadyTrace™ is a self-regulating heat trace system designed to safeguard small and medium-diameter pipes from freeze-related rupture and leakage, making it ideal for both residential and commercial applications. Additionally, it is approved for roof and gutter use in harsh environmental conditions. The system is available in lengths ranging from 6 to 150 feet, allowing versatility to protect various building components from ice and snow damage. Equipped with a lighted mechanical plug, ReadyTrace™ is easy to install and connects to a GFCI-protected circuit. Its flexible materials and small cross-section ensure an excellent bending radius for use around complex geometries. The self-regulating feature increases power output in the presence of ice and snow while reducing energy consumption when conditions improve, and it is built with proven proprietary compounding, extrusion, and cross-linking for reliability. ReadyTrace™ is certified for ordinary (non-classified) areas and is designed to prevent overheating, even when the trace heaters are overlapped.
