The TuffCrimp DieLess 6 Ton Hydraulic Crimping Tool features a 4 Way Indent Crimp design, eliminating the need for dies and accommodating a crimping capacity for CU AWG 8-500 MCM and AL AWG 8-350 MCM. This tool provides enhanced crimping force compared to hand crimpers, making it suitable for clamping tubular cable lugs and connectors for both standard and fine multi-stranded conductors. The dieLess design automatically adjusts the crimp size up to 500 MCM, while the crimping head boasts a 350° range of movement, offering improved access to tight corners. Key features include two-stage hydraulics, automatic pressure release, and manual retract after crimping. The crimping range spans AWG 4 to 500 MCM with a stroke of 1.38" (35 mm).
