The QuikPunch Manual Knockout Kit is a 6-piece set designed for creating clean punches in mild steel up to 10 gauge, aluminum, fiberglass, and plastic. The mechanics of these tools utilize a punch design that creases the plug as the punch is drawn into the die, resulting in the slug splitting in half upon completion of the punching operation, allowing the split plugs to fall free from the die and stud. The kit accommodates conduit sizes ranging from 1/2" to 2" for larger punched holes and features slug-splitting style punch dies, along with 3/8" and 3/4" replacement shafts and bearings. It is packaged in a blow-molded case for easy storage and transportation.
