This access door has a 180 minute UL fire rating for the steel door, frame, and hinges, acting as a reliable safety barrier. Additionally, the convenient knock-down frame is compatible with walls of 4-7/8 in. thickness, making it suitable for new masonry, drywall, or existing openings. The door is finished in gray primer.
