The package includes inclusive hardware such as a commercial-grade panic exit device, an entrance trim set, two heavy-duty spring hinges, and a concealed hinge, all of which enhance security and ensure lasting durability for both masonry and drywall installations. The door, frame, and hinges are 180 minute UL fire-rated, providing a reliable safety barrier. The convenient welded steel frame accommodates walls with a thickness of 4-7/8 inches and is suitable for new masonry, drywall, or existing openings. The access door is gray primed, ready for final finishing.
