The DRIFIRE® FR Deluxe Insulated Bib is dual certified to protect against flash fire and arc flash hazards. The water-repellant duck material helps shed moisture while the lightweight quilted liner provides warmth. This bib features convenient disconnect adjustable buckles at each shoulder strap and a 26" zipper calf closure for easy boot entry, along with ample pockets for carrying essentials close at hand. Key features include a concealed heavy-duty snap fly closure, double bib pockets, two back patch pockets, and two tool pockets on the sides, as well as a double chap front with an opening to insert knee pads. It also features waistline sizing for a more comfortable custom fit. The arc rating is 16 cal/cm² with a Cat Level of Cat 2. The material consists of 13 oz. 100% FR cotton duck with a Durable Water Repellent (DWR) finish. The bib is compliant with NFPA 70E, UL certified to NFPA 2112, compliant with ASTM F1506, compliant with CSA Z462 for arc flash in Canada, and complies with OSHA 1910.269. For product care, it is recommended to read the garment label and launder according to the instructions, avoiding chlorine bleach, detergents with bleach, hydrogen peroxide, fabric softeners, and starch. It is dry cleanable and can be machine washed warm at a maximum temperature of 165°F (74°C) using detergent only, ensuring to wash according to the specified instructions to maintain fabric performance and remove contaminants. If contaminants cannot be removed after laundering, it is advised to discontinue use of the garment.
