The Drifire® FR Deluxe Insulated Bib is dual certified to protect against flash fire and arc flash hazards, featuring a water repellant duck material that sheds moisture and a lightweight quilted liner for warmth. The bib includes convenient disconnect adjustable buckles at each shoulder strap and a 26" zipper calf closure for easy boot entry. It also offers ample storage with concealed heavy-duty snap fly closure, double bib pockets, two back patch pockets, and two tool pockets on the sides, along with a double chap front that allows for the insertion of knee pads. The bib is designed with waistline sizing for a comfortable, custom fit, and has an arc rating of 16 cal/cm² with a Cat level of Cat 2. Constructed from 13 oz. 100% FR cotton duck with DWR, the bib complies with several standards, including NFPA 70E for arc flash, UL certification to NFPA 2112, ASTM F1506, CSA Z462 (Canada), and OSHA 1910.269. For product care, it is advised to read the garment label and launder per its instructions, avoid using chlorine bleach or detergents containing bleach, hydrogen peroxide, fabric softeners, or starch, and machine wash warm (max. 165°F / 74°C) with detergent only. Maintenance of fabric performance is crucial, and if contaminants cannot be removed after laundering, it is advisable to discontinue use.
