Crafted from a premium cotton-nylon blend, these coveralls ensure breathability while providing protection. The coverall features the softness of cotton combined with the strength of nylon, and includes two front pockets with secure snap closures for convenient and reliable storage of essentials. Covered snaps enhance safety by providing additional protection against electric arcs. The fabric weight is 6.5 oz., with an arc rating of 9.5 cal/cm² and classified as Cat 2. This product is compliant with NFPA 70E for arc flash, UL certified to NFPA 2112, ASTM F1506 for arc flash, CSA Z462 for arc flash in Canada, and meets OSHA 1910.269 standards. For care, it is essential to read the garment label and launder according to provided instructions; avoid using hydrogen peroxide, chlorine bleach, detergents containing either, fabric softeners, or starch. Recommended washing includes machine washing warm (maximum 165°F/74°C) with detergent only and dry cleaning when necessary, ensuring any contaminants are removed to maintain fabric performance. If contaminants cannot be removed after laundering, it is advisable to discontinue use of the garment.
