The DRIFIRE® FR Deluxe Insulated Bib is dual certified to protect against flash fire and arc flash hazards, featuring a water repellant duck that helps shed moisture while a lightweight quilted liner keeps you warm. This bib includes convenient disconnect adjustable buckles at each shoulder strap and a 26" zipper calf closure for easy boot entry. It has a concealed heavy-duty snap fly closure, double bib pockets, two back patch pockets, two tool pockets on the sides, and a double chap front with an opening to insert knee pads, all designed for practical use. The waistline sizing offers a more comfortable custom fit. The bib boasts an arc rating of 16 cal/cm² and is classified as Cat 2. Made from 13 oz. 100% FR cotton duck with DWR, it complies with multiple standards including NFPA 70E for arc flash, is UL certified to NFPA 2112, complies with ASTM F1506 and CSA Z462 for arc flash (Canada), and meets OSHA 1910.269 requirements. For care, it is recommended to read the garment label and launder according to the provided instructions, avoiding chlorine bleach, hydrogen peroxide, fabric softeners, or starch. The bib is dry cleanable and can be machine washed warm (maximum 165°F / 74°C) with detergent only, ensuring any contaminants are removed to maintain its fabric performance. If contaminants persist after laundering, discontinuing use of the garment is advised.
