The Drifire® FR Deluxe Insulated Bib is dual certified to protect against flash fire and arc flash hazards, featuring a water repellant duck fabric that sheds moisture while a lightweight quilted liner ensures warmth. This bib includes convenient disconnect adjustable buckles at each shoulder strap and a 26" zipper calf closure for easy boot entry, alongside ample pockets for storage, including double bib pockets, two back patch pockets, and two side tool pockets. It has a double chap front with an opening for knee pads and offers waistline sizing for a comfortable, custom fit. The bib boasts an arc rating of 16 cal/cm² and is classified as CAT level 2. Made from 13 oz. 100% FR cotton duck with durable water repellency (DWR), it complies with NFPA 70E for arc flash, is UL certified to NFPA 2112, and meets ASTM F1506 for arc flash, as well as CSA Z462 for arc flash in Canada and OSHA 1910.269. For product care, it is advised to follow the garment label instructions for laundering, avoiding chlorine bleach and detergents containing bleach, hydrogen peroxide, fabric softeners, and starch. The bib is dry cleanable and machine washable in warm water (max. 165°F / 74°C) with detergent only, and it is important to wash according to these instructions to maintain fabric performance when soiled with dirt, greases, oils, etc. If contaminants cannot be removed after laundering, discontinuing use is recommended.
