The DRIFIRE® FR Deluxe Insulated Bib is dual certified for protection against flash fire and arc flash hazards, featuring a water-repellant duck material that helps shed moisture while a lightweight quilted liner provides warmth. It is equipped with convenient disconnect adjustable buckles at each shoulder strap, a 26" zipper calf closure for easy boot entry, and multiple pockets including double bib pockets, two back patch pockets, and two side tool pockets for carrying essentials. The bib also includes a double chap front with openings to insert knee pads and features waistline sizing for a more comfortable custom fit. The arc rating is 16 cal/cm² with a Cat level of Cat 2, made from 13 oz. 100% FR cotton duck with DWR treatment. Compliance standards include NFPA 70E, UL certification to NFPA 2112, ASTM F1506, CSA Z462 for arc flash in Canada, and compliance with OSHA 1910.269. Care instructions include laundering per the garment label guidelines, avoiding chlorine bleach, hydrogen peroxide, fabric softeners, and starch, with a recommendation for dry cleaning and machine washing warm (max. 165°F / 74°C) using detergent only to maintain fabric performance when soiled with contaminants. If contaminants cannot be removed after laundering, it is advised to discontinue use of the garment.
