The DRIFIRE® FR Deluxe Insulated Bib is dual certified to protect against flash fire and arc flash hazards. It features a water repellant duck material that helps shed moisture while a lightweight quilted liner ensures warmth. The bib is designed with convenient disconnect adjustable buckles at each shoulder strap and a 26" zipper calf closure for easy boot entry. Additionally, it offers ample storage with double bib pockets, two back patch pockets, and two tool pockets on the sides. The bib also includes a double chap front with an opening to insert knee pads and features waistline sizing for a comfortable custom fit. Its arc rating is 16 cal/cm² and falls under Category 2. The material is made of 13 oz. 100% FR cotton duck with DWR treatment. Compliance includes meeting NFPA 70E for arc flash, and it is UL certified to NFPA 2112, compliant with ASTM F1506 and CSA Z462 for arc flash in Canada, and adheres to OSHA 1910.269. For product care, the garment should be laundered according to the instructions on the label, avoiding chlorine bleach or detergents containing bleach, hydrogen peroxide, fabric softeners, or starch. It is dry cleanable and can be machine washed warm at a maximum of 165°F (74°C) with detergent only, ensuring to remove any contaminants to maintain fabric performance; if contaminants cannot be removed after laundering, it is advisable to discontinue use of the garment.
