Presenting the DRIFIRE® FR Essentials Coverall, a lightweight coverall that strikes an ideal balance between comfort, durability, and safety. Constructed from a premium 6.5 oz. cotton/nylon blend, these coveralls offer breathability while ensuring protection. Key features include the softness of cotton combined with the strength of nylon, two front pockets with secure snap closures for convenient storage, and covered snaps designed to enhance protection against electric arcs. The coverall has an arc rating of 9.5 cal/cm² and is classified as Cat 2. It complies with NFPA 70E, ASTM F1506, and CSA Z462 for arc flash, while also being UL certified to NFPA 2112 and compliant with OSHA 1910.269. For product care, it is essential to read the garment label and launder per the instructions, avoiding hydrogen peroxide, chlorine bleach, detergents with either, fabric softeners, and starch. The coverall should be washed separately from other garments in warm water (max. 165°F/74°C) with detergent only and is dry cleanable. Proper laundering is necessary to maintain fabric performance and ensure contaminants are removed; if contaminants persist after laundering, discontinuation of use is recommended.
