Presenting the DRIFIRE® FR Essentials coverall, a lightweight garment that strikes the ideal balance between comfort, durability, and safety. Constructed with a premium 6.5 oz. cotton/nylon blend, these coveralls offer the softness of cotton along with the strength of nylon for enhanced performance. The coverall features two front pockets with secure snap closures for convenient storage and covered snaps that provide improved protection against electric arcs, boasting an arc rating of 9.5 cal/cm² and classified as Cat 2. This product complies with several safety standards including NFPA 70E for arc flash, is UL certified to NFPA 2112, and meets ASTM F1506, CSA Z462 for arc flash (Canada), and OSHA 1910.269. For proper maintenance, it is recommended to read the garment label and follow specific laundering instructions, ensuring to wash separately from other garments in warm water (max. 165°F/74°C) with detergent only and to avoid using hydrogen peroxide, chlorine bleach, fabric softeners, or starch. If contaminants cannot be removed after laundering, it is advisable to discontinue use of the garment to maintain fabric performance.
