The DRIFIRE® FR Deluxe Insulated Bib is dual certified to protect against flash fire and arc flash hazards. This bib includes a water-repellant duck exterior that sheds moisture, complemented by a lightweight quilted liner for warmth. It features adjustable disconnect buckles at each shoulder strap, a 26" zipper calf closure for easy boot entry, and multiple pockets for convenient storage, including double bib pockets, two back patch pockets, and two side tool pockets. The design incorporates a double chap front with an opening for knee pads and waistline sizing for a comfortable custom fit. The product has an arc rating of 16 cal/cm² and is categorized as CAT 2. The material is 13 oz. 100% FR cotton duck with a durable water repellent (DWR) finish. Compliance certifications include adherence to NFPA 70E for arc flash, UL certification to NFPA 2112, ASTM F1506 for arc flash, CSA Z462 for arc flash in Canada, and compliance with OSHA 1910.269. For product care, it is advised to launder according to the garment label instructions, avoid bleach and fabric softeners, and machine wash warm (max. 165°F / 74°C) using detergent only to maintain fabric performance. If contaminants cannot be removed after laundering, discontinuation of use is recommended.
