The DRIFIRE® FR Deluxe Insulated Bib is dual certified to protect against flash fire and arc flash hazards, featuring a water-repellant duck fabric that helps shed moisture and a lightweight quilted liner for warmth. This bib includes convenient disconnect adjustable buckles at each shoulder strap and a 26-inch zipper calf closure for easy boot entry, along with ample pockets for carrying essentials. Additional features include a concealed heavy-duty snap fly closure, double bib pockets, two back patch pockets, two tool pockets on the sides, and a double chap front with openings to insert knee pads. The bib is designed with waistline sizing for a more comfortable custom fit and has an arc rating of 16 cal/cm², classified as CAT level 2. Constructed from 13 oz. 100% FR cotton duck with durable water-repellent (DWR) treatment, it complies with NFPA 70E and is UL certified to NFPA 2112, as well as complying with ASTM F1506 and CSA Z462 for arc flash (Canada) and OSHA 1910.269. For product care, it is recommended to read the garment label and launder per the instructions, avoiding chlorine bleach or detergents containing bleach, hydrogen peroxide, fabric softeners, or starch. The bib is dry cleanable and can be machine washed warm (maximum 165°F/74°C) with detergent only, ensuring that contaminants are removed to maintain fabric performance. If contaminants cannot be removed after laundering, it is advised to discontinue use of the garment.
