Constructed from a premium 6.5 oz. cotton/nylon blend, these coveralls deliver both breathability and protection. Key features include the softness of cotton combined with the strength of nylon for enhanced comfort, two front pockets with secure snap closures for reliable storage, and covered snaps designed to withstand electric arcs, ensuring both safety and durability. The coverall boasts an arc rating of 9.5 cal/cm² and qualifies as Cat level 2. This product is compliant with NFPA 70E for arc flash and is UL certified to NFPA 2112, along with compliance to ASTM F1506 for arc flash and CSA Z462 for arc flash in Canada, meeting OSHA 1910.269 standards. For proper care, it is recommended to launder according to the instructions on the garment label, avoiding hydrogen peroxide, chlorine bleach, and detergents containing either, as well as fabric softeners or starch. The coverall should be washed separately from other garments in warm water (max. 165°F/74°C) with detergent only and is dry cleanable. Following these care instructions is vital for maintaining fabric performance, especially when the garment becomes soiled with dirt, grease, or oils. If contaminants cannot be removed after laundering, it is advised to discontinue use of the garment.
