The DRIFIRE® FR Deluxe Insulated Bib is designed for protection against flash fire and arc flash hazards, featuring dual certification for safety. Constructed from 13 oz. 100% FR cotton duck with a durable water repellent (DWR) finish, this bib provides water resistance while a lightweight quilted liner ensures warmth. It includes adjustable shoulder strap buckles for a secure fit, a 26" zipper calf closure for easy boot entry, and multiple pockets such as double bib pockets, two back patch pockets, and two tool pockets on the sides for convenient storage. Additional features include a concealed heavy-duty snap fly closure, a double chap front that accommodates knee pads, and waistline sizing for a custom fit. The bib has an arc rating of 16 cal/cm² and is classified as CAT 2. Compliance standards include NFPA 70E for arc flash, UL certification to NFPA 2112, ASTM F1506, CSA Z462 for arc flash (Canada), and compliance with OSHA 1910.269. For maintenance, the garment care instructions specify to follow the label for laundering, avoid bleach or detergents containing bleach, hydrogen peroxide, fabric softeners, or starch, and allow for dry cleaning or machine washing at a maximum temperature of 165°F (74°C) using detergent only. Proper washing is essential to remove contaminants and maintain fabric performance, and if contaminants remain post-laundering, discontinuation of use is recommended.
