Presenting the Drifire® FR Essentials Coverall, a lightweight coverall that offers an ideal combination of comfort, durability, and safety through its premium cotton nylon blend. The coveralls feature the softness of cotton combined with the strength of nylon, ensuring breathability while providing reliable protection. Equipped with two front pockets featuring secure snap closures for convenient storage, the coverall also includes covered snaps for enhanced protection against electric arcs. The fabric composition is a 6.5 oz. cotton/nylon blend with an arc rating of 9.5 cal/cm² and categorized as CAT 2. It is compliant with NFPA 70E for arc flash, UL certified to NFPA 2112, and meets ASTM F1506 and CSA Z462 standards for arc flash, as well as OSHA 1910.269 requirements. Proper care involves following the garment label instructions for laundering, which includes washing separately from other garments in warm water (max. 165°F/74°C) with detergent only, avoiding hydrogen peroxide, chlorine bleach, fabric softeners, and starch, and ensuring that contaminants are removed to maintain fabric performance. If contaminants persist after laundering, discontinuation of use is recommended.
