The DRIFIRE® FR Deluxe Insulated Bib is dual certified to protect against flash fire and arc flash hazards. This bib features a water-repellant duck that sheds moisture and a lightweight quilted liner for warmth. For convenience, it includes disconnect adjustable buckles at each shoulder strap, a 26" zipper calf closure for easy boot entry, and multiple pockets for essentials. Key attributes include a concealed heavy-duty snap fly closure, double bib pockets, two back patch pockets, two tool pockets on the sides, and a double chap front with openings to insert knee pads. It is designed with waistline sizing for a more comfortable custom fit. The bib has an arc rating of 16 cal/cm² and is classified as CAT 2. The material consists of 13 oz. 100% FR cotton duck with DWR. Compliance standards include NFPA 70E for arc flash, UL certification to NFPA 2112, ASTM F1506 for arc flash, CSA Z462 for arc flash (Canada), and compliance with OSHA 1910.269. For product care, the garment should be laundered according to the labels' instruction, avoiding chlorine bleach, detergents containing bleach, hydrogen peroxide, fabric softeners, or starch. It is dry cleanable and can be machine washed warm (max. 165°F / 74°C) with detergent only, ensuring to wash to remove contaminants to maintain fabric performance. If contaminants cannot be removed after laundering, it is recommended to discontinue use of the garment.
