Presenting the DRIFIRE® FR Essentials Coverall, a lightweight coverall designed to provide the perfect balance between comfort, durability, and safety. Made from a premium 6.5 oz. cotton-nylon blend, these coveralls offer the softness of cotton combined with the strength of nylon for enhanced breathability and protection. Key features include two front pockets with secure snap closures for reliable storage, and covered snaps that are engineered to enhance protection against electric arcs, with an arc rating of 9.5 cal/cm² and categorized as Cat 2. The coverall is compliant with several safety standards including NFPA 70E for arc flash, UL certified to NFPA 2112, ASTM F1506 for arc flash, CSA Z462 for arc flash in Canada, and complies with OSHA 1910.269. For product care, it is recommended to read and follow the garment label instructions precisely, avoiding the use of hydrogen peroxide, chlorine bleach, or any detergents containing these, as well as fabric softeners or starch. The coverall should be washed separately from other garments in warm water (maximum 165°F/74°C) with detergent only, and is dry cleanable. Regular laundering as per these instructions is essential to maintain fabric performance, especially when soiled with dirt, greases, or oils; if contaminants persist after laundering, it is advised to discontinue use of the garment.
