The DRIFIRE® FR Deluxe Insulated Bib is dual certified for protection against flash fire and arc flash hazards, featuring a water-repellent duck fabric that sheds moisture while a lightweight quilted liner provides warmth. It includes convenient disconnect adjustable buckles on each shoulder strap and a 26" zipper calf closure for easy boot entry, as well as several pockets for practicality: double bib pockets, two back patch pockets, and two side tool pockets. The design incorporates a double chap front with openings for knee pads and waistline sizing for a comfortable custom fit. Key specifications include an arc rating of 16 cal/cm² and a CAT level of CAT 2, constructed from 13 oz. 100% FR cotton duck with DWR treatment. Compliance with safety standards includes NFPA 70E, UL certification to NFPA 2112, ASTM F1506, CSA Z462 (Canada), and OSHA 1910.269. Product care instructions recommend laundering according to the garment label, avoiding chlorine bleach, hydrogen peroxide, fabric softeners, or starch, and allowing for dry cleaning as well as machine washing in warm water (max. 165°F / 74°C) with detergent only to maintain fabric performance when soiled. If contaminants cannot be removed after laundering, discontinuing use of the garment is advised.
