Made with a premium 6.5 oz. cotton/nylon blend, these coveralls ensure breathability while providing necessary protection. Key features include the softness of cotton combined with the strength of nylon, two front pockets with secure snap closures for convenient storage, and covered snaps designed for enhanced protection against electric arcs. The coverall has an arc rating of 9.5 cal/cm² and falls under Cat level 2. It complies with various safety standards, including NFPA 70E for arc flash, UL certification to NFPA 2112, ASTM F1506 for arc flash, CSA Z462 for arc flash in Canada, and OSHA 1910.269. For product care, it is essential to read the garment label and launder according to the provided instructions: wash separately from other garments in warm water (max. 165°F/74°C) using detergent only, as well as ensuring the garment remains free from contaminants to maintain fabric performance. If contaminants cannot be completely removed after laundering, it is recommended to discontinue use.
