The DRIFIRE® flame-resistant straight leg jeans are designed for safety, durability, and comfort in hazardous environments. Made from 12 oz. FR stretch denim, these jeans combine lightweight construction with enhanced durability while offering a straight leg cut that allows for ease of movement without sacrificing style. The jeans feature reinforced stitching and rugged construction to withstand tough working conditions, with two curved front pockets for easy access to tools and sturdy back pockets that can accommodate gloves. Technical specifications include an arc rating of 21 cal/cm² and classification as Cat 2. The jeans comply with multiple standards: NFPA 70E, UL certification to NFPA 2112, ASTM F1506, and CSA Z462 for arc flash in Canada, as well as OSHA 1910.269. Proper product care involves following the laundering instructions on the garment label, avoiding hydrogen peroxide, chlorine bleach, detergents with these chemicals, fabric softeners, and starch, and washing separately from other items.
