Introducing the DRIFIRE® flame-resistant essentials work pant, a lightweight pant engineered for all-day comfort and durability in hazardous work environments. Constructed with a durable flame-resistant fabric, the jeans feature two front slant pockets and two back welt pockets, ensuring easy access and secure storage while maintaining a professional appearance. The pants have an arc rating of 9.2 cal/cm² and fall under Cat level 2, made from a 7 oz. cotton/nylon blend. Compliance certifications include NFPA 70E for arc flash, UL certification to NFPA 2112, ASTM F1506 for arc flash, CSA Z462 for arc flash (Canada), and OSHA 1910.269. For product care, it is advised to follow the garment label instructions, avoiding the use of hydrogen peroxide, chlorine bleach, detergents containing either, fabric softeners, or starch. The proper laundering method includes washing separately from other garments in warm water (max. 165°F/74°C) with detergent only, and dry cleaning is also acceptable. To maintain fabric performance, wash the garment according to these instructions, especially when soiled with contaminants like dirt, greases, or oils, and discontinue use if contaminants cannot be removed after laundering.
