Introducing the DRIFIRE® flame-resistant essentials work pant, a lightweight garment designed for all-day comfort and durability in hazardous work environments. This pant is engineered with lightweight, durable flame-resistant fabric that ensures superior comfort and long-lasting protection. It features two front slant pockets for easy access and convenient storage, along with two back welt pockets for a professional appearance while providing secure storage. The arc rating is 9.2 cal/cm², and it is classified as CAT level 2, made from a 7 oz. cotton/nylon blend. The pant is compliant with NFPA 70E for arc flash, UL certified to NFPA 2112, compliant with ASTM F1506 for arc flash, compliant with CSA Z462 for arc flash (Canada), and meets OSHA 1910.269 standards. For garment care, it is recommended to read the label and launder according to the instructions. Avoid using hydrogen peroxide, chlorine bleach, or detergents containing either, as well as fabric softeners or starch. Wash separately from other garments in warm water (max. 165°F/74°C) with detergent only, and it is dry cleanable. Following these care instructions will help remove contaminants to maintain fabric performance; if contaminants cannot be removed after laundering, it is advisable to discontinue use of the garment.
