The jeans are constructed from 12 oz. FR stretch denim, which is lightweight yet exceptionally durable, ensuring resilience in tough work settings. They feature a straight leg cut that offers a balance of comfort and functionality, allowing ease of movement without sacrificing style. The design includes two curved front pockets for easy access to tools and robust back pockets providing ample storage space, even accommodating gloves for efficient on-the-job performance. The jeans have an ARC rating of 21 cal/cm² and are categorized as CAT 2. Compliance certifications include NFPA 70E for arc flash, UL certification to NFPA 2112, ASTM F1506 for arc flash, CSA Z462 for arc flash (Canada), and OSHA 1910.269. To ensure long-lasting performance, it is recommended to follow the garment label for laundering instructions, avoiding the use of hydrogen peroxide, chlorine bleach, detergents containing either, fabric softeners, or starch, and washing separately from other fabrics.
