These jeans are crafted from 12 oz. FR stretch denim, providing lightweight yet exceptional durability and an arc rating of 21 cal/cm², classified as CAT 2. The straight leg cut offers superior comfort and ease of movement, while reinforced stitching enhances their rugged construction. For practicality, the jeans feature two curved front pockets for easy access to tools and sturdy back pockets that can accommodate gloves. They comply with several safety standards, including NFPA 70E for arc flash, UL certification to NFPA 2112, ASTM F1506 for arc flash, CSA Z462 for arc flash in Canada, and OSHA 1910.269. For product care, it is recommended to read the garment label and launder according to the provided instructions, avoiding hydrogen peroxide, chlorine bleach, and detergents containing these, as well as fabric softeners or starch, and wash separately from other items.
