The product boasts an arc rating of 21 cal/cm² and is classified as Cat 2. Compliance certifications include NFPA 70E for arc flash, UL certification to NFPA 2112, ASTM F1506 for arc flash, compliance with CSA Z462 for arc flash (Canada), and adherence to OSHA 1910.269. For proper care, it is recommended to launder according to the instructions on the garment label, avoiding hydrogen peroxide, chlorine bleach, detergents containing either, fabric softeners, or starch, and washing separately from other items.
