These pants feature lightweight, durable flame-resistant fabric for superior comfort, two front slant pockets for easy access and convenient storage, and two back welt pockets for a professional appearance while offering secure storage. The arc rating is 9.2 cal/cm², and it is classified as Cat level 2. The material is a 7 oz. cotton/nylon blend. Compliance and certifications for this product include being compliant with NFPA 70E for arc flash, UL certified to NFPA 2112, compliant with ASTM F1506 for arc flash, compliant with CSA Z462 for arc flash in Canada, and complies with OSHA 1910.269. For product care, it is recommended to read the garment label and launder according to the instructions. Do not use hydrogen peroxide, chlorine bleach, or detergents containing either, and avoid fabric softeners or starch. The washing instructions specify to wash separately from other garments, machine wash warm (maximum temperature of 165°F/74°C) with detergent only, and it is dry cleanable. Proper laundering is essential to maintain fabric performance, especially when soiled with dirt, greases, or oils, and if contaminants cannot be removed after laundering, it is best to discontinue use of the garment.
