The DRIFIRE® FR Deluxe Insulated Bib is dual certified for protection against flash fire and arc flash hazards, featuring a water-repellent duck exterior that sheds moisture and a lightweight quilted liner for warmth. This bib includes adjustable disconnect buckles on each shoulder strap, a 26" zipper calf closure for easy boot entry, and multiple pockets for convenient storage, including concealed heavy-duty snap fly closure, double bib pockets, two back patch pockets, and two tool pockets on the sides. It has a double chap front with an opening for knee pads, and the waistline sizing offers a custom fit. The bib has an arc rating of 16 cal/cm² and is classified as Cat 2. It is made from 13 oz. of 100% FR cotton duck with durable water repellent (DWR) treatment. Compliance-wise, it meets NFPA 70E and ASTM F1506 standards for arc flash, is UL certified to NFPA 2112, complies with CSA Z462 for arc flash in Canada, and adheres to OSHA 1910.269 regulations. For care, it is recommended to follow the garment label instructions, avoiding bleach and fabric softeners, with a dry cleanable option available. Machine wash warm (maximum temperature 165°F / 74°C) using detergent only, and it is critical to wash according to the provided guidelines to maintain fabric performance when soiled. If contaminants cannot be removed post-laundering, discontinuation of use is advised.
