The DRIFIRE® FR Deluxe Insulated Bib is dual certified for protection against flash fire and arc flash hazards, featuring a water-repellent duck fabric that helps shed moisture while a lightweight quilted liner provides warmth. This bib incorporates convenient adjustable buckles at each shoulder strap for a customized fit and a 26" zipper calf closure for easy boot entry, along with ample pocket space that includes concealed heavy-duty snap fly closure, double bib pockets, two back patch pockets, and two tool pockets on the sides. Additionally, it features a double chap front with openings for knee pads and waistline sizing for enhanced comfort. The bib has an arc rating of 16 cal/cm² and is categorized as Cat 2. It is constructed from 13 oz. 100% FR cotton duck with a DWR finish. Compliance standards include adherence to NFPA 70E for arc flash, UL certification to NFPA 2112, ASTM F1506 for arc flash, CSA Z462 for arc flash in Canada, and OSHA 1910.269. For product care, it is recommended to follow the garment label instructions, avoiding chlorine bleach, detergents containing bleach, hydrogen peroxide, fabric softeners, or starch. This garment is dry cleanable and can be machine washed warm (max. 165°F / 74°C) using detergent only, ensuring any contaminants are adequately removed to maintain fabric performance, with discontinuation advised if contaminants cannot be removed after laundering.
