Introducing the DRIFIRE® flame-resistant essentials work pant, a lightweight pant designed for all-day comfort and durability. Engineered with flame-resistant technology, these jeans will withstand the most hazardous work environments. The pant features a lightweight, durable flame-resistant fabric for superior comfort and long-lasting protection, two front slant pockets for easy access and convenient storage, and two back welt pockets for a professional appearance while offering secure storage. With an arc rating of 9.2 cal/cm² and classified as Cat level 2, the material is constructed from a 7 oz. cotton/nylon blend. The pant complies with several safety standards, including NFPA 70E for arc flash, UL certification to NFPA 2112, ASTM F1506 for arc flash, CSA Z462 for arc flash in Canada, and OSHA 1910.269. For product care, it is recommended to read the garment label and launder according to the instructions provided, avoiding the use of hydrogen peroxide, chlorine bleach, detergents containing either, fabric softeners, or starch. The washing instructions specify to wash separately from other garments in warm water (maximum 165°F/74°C) with detergent only, and the pant is also dry cleanable. Proper laundering is essential to remove contaminants and maintain fabric performance; if contaminants cannot be removed, it is advised to discontinue use of the garment.
