Engineered with flame-resistant technology, these jeans are suitable for the most hazardous work environments. They feature a lightweight, durable flame-resistant fabric that ensures superior comfort and long-lasting protection. The pant includes two front slant pockets for easy access and convenient storage, as well as two back welt pockets for a professional appearance and secure storage. It has an arc rating of 9.2 cal/cm² and is classified as Cat level 2, made from a 7 oz. cotton/nylon blend. The work pant is compliant with NFPA 70E for arc flash, UL certified to NFPA 2112, and meets ASTM F1506 standards for arc flash. It also complies with CSA Z462 for arc flash in Canada and adheres to OSHA 1910.269 regulations. For product care, it is essential to read the garment label and launder according to the provided instructions, avoiding hydrogen peroxide, chlorine bleach, detergents containing either, fabric softeners, or starch. Wash separately from other garments in a machine on warm (max. 165°F/74°C) with detergent only, and it is dry cleanable. Following these care instructions is crucial to maintain fabric performance when the garment becomes soiled with contaminants like dirt, grease, or oils, and if contaminants cannot be removed after laundering, it is advisable to discontinue use of the garment.
