Introducing the DRIFIRE® FR Essentials Pullover Hoodie, designed for comfort and durability in hazardous work environments. This hoodie features durable flame-resistant fabric that ensures superior comfort and long-lasting protection. It includes a large drawstring hood that fits over hard hats, rib knit cuffs and waistband that prevent riding up, and a generous cut that allows for unrestricted movement. Made from soft FR/AR midweight fleece, it offers warmth and protection with an arc rating of 19 cal/cm² and is classified as CAT 2. The material used is 10 oz. FR fleece. The hoodie complies with NFPA 70E for arc flash, is UL certified to NFPA 2112, and meets ASTM F1506 and CSA Z462 standards for arc flash, as well as OSHA 1910.269 regulations. For product care, it is important to read the garment label and launder according to the instructions, avoiding hydrogen peroxide, chlorine bleach, detergents containing either, fabric softeners, or starch. The laundering instructions specify washing separately from other garments in warm water (max. 165°F/74°C) with detergent only and it is also dry cleanable. It is crucial to wash according to the instructions to maintain fabric performance when the garment becomes soiled with dirt, greases, oils, etc. If contaminants cannot be removed after laundering, it is recommended to discontinue use of the garment.
