The safety shirt features FR 3M™ Scotchlite™ reflective comfort trim, a button-down collar, and an adjustable 2-button cuff closure, providing practicality and style. It includes a left front chest pocket and is made from moisture-wicking, breathable fabric to enhance comfort. The non-restricting cut allows for easy range of motion, while the arc rating of 8.9 cal/cm² indicates its protective capability, classified as CAT level 2. The material composition is 6.5 oz. Westex® DH. This shirt complies with ASTM F1506 for arc flash, OSHA 1910.269, NFPA 70E for arc flash, CSA Z462 for arc flash in Canada, and is UL certified to NFPA 2112. It meets ANSI/ISEA 107 Type R Class 3 standards. For product care, it is important to adhere to the instructions on the garment label, avoiding bleach, chlorine, fabric softeners, or starch. The shirt is dry cleanable and machine washable in warm water (max. 150°F). To maintain fabric performance, wash according to the provided instructions, especially when soiled with contaminants; if contaminants persist after laundering, it is advisable to discontinue use of the garment.
