Introducing the Drifire® flame-resistant essentials work pant, a lightweight pant designed for all-day comfort and durability in hazardous work environments. Engineered with flame-resistant technology, these jeans feature a lightweight, durable fabric made from a 7 oz. cotton/nylon blend, offering superior comfort and long-lasting protection. The design includes two front slant pockets for easy access and convenient storage, along with two back welt pockets that provide a professional appearance and secure storage. The pants have an arc rating of 9.2 cal/cm² and are classified as Cat 2. Compliance certifications include NFPA 70E for arc flash, UL certification to NFPA 2112, ASTM F1506 for arc flash, CSA Z462 for arc flash in Canada, and OSHA 1910.269. For product care, it is recommended to read the garment label and launder as instructed, avoiding hydrogen peroxide, chlorine bleach, detergents containing either, fabric softeners, or starch. Wash separately from other garments in warm water (maximum 165°F/74°C) with detergent only, and note that these pants are dry cleanable. Following these laundering instructions is essential to maintain fabric performance, especially after exposure to dirt, grease, oils, or other contaminants. If contaminants cannot be removed after laundering, it is best to discontinue use of the garment.
