Introducing the DRIFIRE® flame-resistant essentials work pant, a lightweight pant designed for all-day comfort and durability, engineered with flame-resistant technology to withstand the most hazardous work environments. This product features lightweight, durable flame-resistant fabric for superior comfort and long-lasting protection, two front slant pockets for easy access and convenient storage, and two back welt pockets for a professional appearance while offering secure storage. The pant has an arc rating of 9.2 cal/cm² and is classified as CAT 2, made from a 7 oz. cotton/nylon blend. It is compliant with NFPA 70E for arc flash, UL certified to NFPA 2112, compliant with ASTM F1506 for arc flash, and compliant with CSA Z462 for arc flash (Canada), as well as OSHA 1910.269. For product care, it is recommended to read the garment label and launder according to the instructions provided, avoiding hydrogen peroxide, chlorine bleach, and detergents containing either, as well as fabric softeners or starch. Wash separately from other garments in warm water (max. 165°F/74°C) with detergent only, and it is dry cleanable. Proper washing is essential to remove contaminants and maintain fabric performance when soiled, and if contaminants cannot be removed after laundering, it is advisable to discontinue use of the garment.
