Introducing the DRIFIRE® flame-resistant essentials work pant, a lightweight and durable option designed for all-day comfort in hazardous work environments. Engineered with advanced flame-resistant technology, these jeans offer superior protection with a fabric composition of a 7 oz. cotton/nylon blend. The pant features two front slant pockets for easy access and two back welt pockets that provide a professional appearance while ensuring secure storage. It has an arc rating of 9.2 cal/cm² and is classified as Cat level 2. Compliance with industry standards is assured, as these pants are compliant with NFPA 70E for arc flash, UL certified to NFPA 2112, and meet ASTM F1506 and CSA Z462 regulations for arc flash in Canada. Additionally, they comply with OSHA 1910.269. For proper care, it is important to follow the garment label instructions, including laundering separately from other garments, machine washing warm (max. 165°F/74°C) with detergent only, and avoiding hydrogen peroxide, chlorine bleach, detergents containing either, fabric softeners, or starch. Maintaining these care instructions is essential to uphold fabric performance, especially when the garment becomes soiled with contaminants like dirt, greases, or oils. If contaminants cannot be removed after laundering, discontinuing use of the garment is recommended.
