Introducing the DRIFIRE® flame-resistant essentials work pant, a lightweight pant designed for all-day comfort and durability, engineered with flame-resistant technology to withstand hazardous work environments. The pant features lightweight, durable flame-resistant fabric for superior comfort and long-lasting protection, along with two front slant pockets for easy access and convenient storage and two back welt pockets for a professional appearance while offering secure storage. It has an arc rating of 9.2 cal/cm² and is classified as Cat 2 with a material composition of a 7 oz. cotton/nylon blend. Compliance standards include NFPA 70E for arc flash, UL certification to NFPA 2112, ASTM F1506 for arc flash, CSA Z462 for arc flash (Canada), and adherence to OSHA 1910.269. For product care, read the garment label and launder according to the instructions provided, avoiding hydrogen peroxide, chlorine bleach, or detergents containing either, as well as fabric softeners or starch. Wash separately from other garments, machine wash warm (maximum 165°F/74°C) with detergent only, and note that the garment is dry cleanable. Proper washing is essential to remove contaminants and maintain fabric performance when soiled with dirt, grease, oils, etc., and if contaminants cannot be removed after laundering, it is advisable to discontinue use of the garment.
