Engineered with flame-resistant technology, these jeans offer features such as lightweight, durable flame-resistant fabric for superior comfort and long-lasting protection, two front slant pockets for easy access and convenient storage, and two back welt pockets for a professional appearance while providing secure storage. The pant has an arc rating of 9.2 cal/cm² and is classified as Cat level 2. Constructed from a 7 oz. cotton/nylon blend, it complies with various safety standards, including NFPA 70E for arc flash, is UL certified to NFPA 2112, and meets ASTM F1506 and CSA Z462 regulations for arc flash (Canada), along with OSHA 1910.269 compliance. For product care, it is important to read the garment label and launder according to the provided instructions; do not use hydrogen peroxide, chlorine bleach, or detergents containing these chemicals, and avoid using fabric softeners or starch. The recommended washing method includes washing separately from other garments, machine washing in warm water (maximum 165°F/74°C) with detergent only, and it is dry cleanable. To maintain fabric performance, wash according to these instructions to remove contaminants such as dirt, grease, and oils, and discontinue use if contaminants cannot be removed.
