Introducing the Drifire® flame-resistant essentials work pant, a lightweight pant designed for all-day comfort and durability, engineered with flame-resistant technology to withstand hazardous work environments. The pants feature a lightweight, durable flame-resistant fabric for superior comfort and long-lasting protection, two front slant pockets for easy access and convenient storage, and two back welt pockets for a professional appearance along with secure storage. The arc rating is 9.2 cal/cm², with a Cat level of Cat 2, and the material consists of a 7 oz. cotton/nylon blend. Compliance standards include NFPA 70E for arc flash, UL certification to NFPA 2112, ASTM F1506 for arc flash, CSA Z462 for arc flash (Canada), and compliance with OSHA 1910.269. For product care, it is essential to read the garment label and launder according to the instructions, avoiding hydrogen peroxide, chlorine bleach, or detergents containing either, as well as fabric softeners or starch. The pants should be washed separately from other garments in warm water (maximum 165°F/74°C) using detergent only and are dry cleanable. Following the washing instructions is crucial to remove contaminants and maintain fabric performance, and if contaminants cannot be removed after laundering, it is recommended to discontinue use of the garment.
