Introducing the DRIFIRE® FR Essentials Pullover Hoodie, designed for comfort and durability in hazardous work environments. This hoodie features durable flame-resistant fabric that provides superior comfort and long-lasting protection. It has a large drawstring hood that fits over a hard hat, rib knit cuffs and waistband to prevent riding up, and a generous cut that allows for unrestricted movement. Constructed from soft FR/AR midweight fleece, it offers warmth and protection with an arc rating of 19 cal/cm² and is classified as CAT 2. The material used is 10 oz. FR fleece. Compliance standards include NFPA 70E for arc flash, UL certification to NFPA 2112, ASTM F1506 for arc flash, CSA Z462 for arc flash (Canada), and OSHA 1910.269. For proper product care, it is recommended to read the garment label and launder according to the instructions provided, avoiding hydrogen peroxide, chlorine bleach, and fabric softeners. The hoodie should be washed separately in warm water (maximum 165°F/74°C) with detergent only and is dry cleanable to maintain fabric performance when soiled with dirt, greases, oils, etc. If contaminants cannot be removed after laundering, it is advisable to discontinue use of the garment.
