Introducing the DRIFIRE® flame-resistant essentials work pant, a lightweight pant designed for all-day comfort and durability. Engineered with flame-resistant technology, these jeans are made from a 7 oz. cotton/nylon blend, providing superior comfort and long-lasting protection in hazardous work environments. The pants feature two front slant pockets for easy access and convenient storage, along with two back welt pockets for a professional appearance and secure storage. With an arc rating of 9.2 cal/cm² and classified as Cat 2, these pants are compliant with NFPA 70E for arc flash, UL certified to NFPA 2112, compliant with ASTM F1506 for arc flash, compliant with CSA Z462 for arc flash in Canada, and comply with OSHA 1910.269. For product care, it is important to read the garment label and launder according to the instructions provided, avoiding the use of hydrogen peroxide, chlorine bleach, or detergents containing either, as well as fabric softeners or starch. The pants should be washed separately from other garments in a machine on a warm cycle (maximum 165°F/74°C) with detergent only and are dry cleanable. Following these washing instructions helps to maintain fabric performance and remove contaminants such as dirt, grease, and oils; if contaminants cannot be completely removed after laundering, discontinuing use of the garment is advised.
