This hoodie features durable flame-resistant fabric that ensures superior comfort and long-lasting protection. It includes a large drawstring hood that fits over a hard hat, rib knit cuffs and waistband to prevent riding up, and a generous cut for unrestricted movement. Made from soft FR/AR midweight fleece for warmth, this hoodie has an arc rating of 19 cal/cm² and is classified as Cat level 2. The material comprises 10 oz. FR fleece. Compliance standards include NFPA 70E for arc flash, UL certification to NFPA 2112, ASTM F1506 for arc flash, CSA Z462 for arc flash in Canada, and compliance with OSHA 1910.269. For product care, it is essential to read the garment label and launder according to the instructions provided. Avoid using hydrogen peroxide, chlorine bleach, detergents containing either, fabric softeners, or starch. The laundering instructions specify washing separately from other garments in warm water (max. 165°F/74°C) with detergent only; it is also dry cleanable.
